In 2011, Sean attended the prestigious Trial Lawyers College, considered one of the most demanding training sessions for trial attorneys in the United States. He has served as teaching faculty at the Trial Lawyers College since 2016, and has helped many other attorneys further develop their trial skills. He is a former president of the Alaska Trial Lawyers Association and is currently serving on the Colorado Ethics Committee and the Ethics Committee’s Education Subcommittee. Sean has been admitted to practice law in Alaska, Colorado, Kentucky, Washington and Illinois.

In Alaska, Sean has held trials in Anchorage, Bethel, Dillingham, Utquiagvik, Naknek, and in some of the villages on the Yukon Kuskokwim Delta when they were active trial sites.
